What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the exceptional beer selection at Russian River Brewing Company, particularly the legendary Pliny the Younger. While the pizza receives mixed reviews, the overall atmosphere and friendly service contribute to a positive experience. The surrounding Russian River Valley offers beautiful scenery and outdoor activities, making it a well-rounded destination.
"If I were only rating the beer and its selection, I would give Russian River Brewing Company 5 stars.
The beer is amazing! I really enjoy getting the flights and trying all the beer available. I think it’s the best way to figure out what you like and then follow your favorites on future visits.
Unfortunately, I would give only 2 or maybe 3 stars to the pizza. We had the Mikey pizza, and while it wasn't terrible, I can’t say it was that good either. The pizza had a good crispy crust, which I liked, but the sauce and toppings didn't bring much flavor.
Service is a good 4. Our waitress was nice and checked on us from time to time.
On busy days it can be hard to find good seating, and parking nearby can also be a challenge.
Overall, I enjoy coming here mainly for the drinks.
My favorites are Happy Hops (IPA), MIND CIRCUS (Hazy IPA), and VELVET GLOW (Helles-Style Lager)."

"Food is pretty standard mainly pizzas. Good food but my wife was hoping for more variety.
Beer selection was solid as expected.
Order pizza, chicken wings and garlic cheese bread.
We got here when it opened so we were able to find seating pretty easily but it got packed quickly so we got lucky.
Parking was easy to find because it was Sunday but I can imagine the parking gets tough to find.
Would come here again"

"We were inside (was boisterous!), moved outside since we had someone with hearing aids. Sat on the patio, got an iced tea, a sav blanc and Pliny the Elder. Cool air was nice! Took a chance on the spin dip - it did NOT disappoint. We ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture of what it looked like. It was that dense and delicious inside with a layer of baked cheese on top. Crispy, yet gooey alongside the quality inside. The pita bread was on point, too. The pizza was great (the New Yorker), but 3 adults had 3 pieces left over with the spin dip + drinks. $110 including tip. Happy Hour mostly applies to the beers (4p - 6:30p :) ). Definitely give it a go!"
