"Checking in was subpar. The front desk manager didnt ask much about points or give me any useful information for the hotel. Next the room was ice cold and it took 40 minutes to fix and test. Finally, the room smelled like cigarettes. The positives: they handled both issues, the beds are so comfortable, and th3 checkout agent was very nice."
