It's considered a delightful spot for a short visit, a picnic, or a family outing.
"This is SUCH a cute garden!! Very relaxing to walk around and well maintained! It's pretty small, I think I explored the whole thing and took photos in under a half hour, but it's so peaceful to walk around and would be a great place to chat with a friend or relax. There's even a little library stand inside and several benches to sit. Loved the Japanese garden and the Rose garden area even though not a lot was in bloom now (mid-Sep). Still highly recommend! It's free and there's plenty of parking (2 level parking area, just go down the hill)!"

"We had time before our flight so stopped to check out the gardens. The roses were beautiful. We loved walking through the different sections. The dahlias were in full bloom. If you get to SeaTac early it is worth the ten minute drive to spend a half hour or more... And get a walk in before your flight."
