What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Moore Theatre is celebrated for its beautiful historic ambiance, excellent acoustics, and the quality of performances it hosts. Patrons appreciate the welcoming staff and the intimate feel of the venue. However, some visitors note issues with inconsistent climate control and occasional seat maintenance concerns.
"Went to see KC and The Sunshine Band on my bday to get some dancing in. We had great seats in the front row on the balcony in the middle. It was so cute to see KC dancing as a 74 year old and having a blast. He thanked his manager, the lighting crew, and all the crew on his tour, which bands normally don't do. Love it!!!"

"Went to a Josh Johnson show on a hot summer night. There was no air conditioning inside. The staff came to warn us outside in line to stay hydrated which was nice of them. Got a cold bottle of water and used the bottle to cool my body temp and towards the end of 1.5 hours inside, the bottle turned warm. The theater staff tried to increase airflow by opening the escape door. People were questioning how people of the old days were able to enjoy any of the entertainment here in the old days. My seat "5A" left balcony was against the wall (unexpected) and was also broken as when someone behind me knocked the back of my seat a little to get into their seat and my seat fell forward. The view from the seat was fine since I was front row of section, but was disappointed that "5A" was against the wall and not at aisle. Didn't do homework before buying.
Can't speak on the bathrooms as I didn't use any. But I assume they're very nice and clean as the other theaters in the area.
In conclusion: great staff overall, bad airflow and temp control, seats might need maintenance."
