"You will wait up to 6-7 hours to get unloaded for bales (sometimes even longer). It seems as if only one person unloads the trucks. One driver was forced to cancel his next load because of the wait time. Stay away if you can.

They have not been accepting trucks for unload since last Friday, 11/14/25. They are claiming that the facility is too full. I’m guessing they don’t have room for incoming product. I repeat , PLEASE STAY WAY IF YOU CAN! Because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!!!"

"This place shouldn’t take no recycled paper loads at all I hope this your only load booked if you deliver here I was trying to get home to my kids coming here with a load for home time is no go you in a long line you have to stay awake to stay in line I been up since 3am by time I leave here I’m been done a 10 hr break with no sleep my whole body is tired this place should be looked into by upper management this is very dangerous how yall operate your appointment time doesn’t matter at all"
