"Have had many uneventful stops here over the years. The village main street has improved with multiple restaurants and shops. I had heard from other boaters that they had, at times, had an issue with the young people that hang out at the adjacent park. This year (2019), we were woken by a neighboring boater around midnight due to someone untying a pontoon boat near the park, which then floated into our boat. We were located near the floating docks and were able to secure the loose boat there."

Unfortunately there is no city water on the south side. The boaters center is well maintained and offers laundry facilities as well as showers and sanitary. The main street is 2 flights up through the center. Good food and interesting shopping can be found there as well as some museums. It's a good place to spend a couple of days."
