"I was in a jam because I forgot to mail Chewy my prescription and I realized my dog only had two days left of meds! I figured I could ask for a smaller rx from our vet to have filled locally (if I could find it local) to hold us over. Called to ask if they could compound it and the lady I spoke to was so sweet, patient, and worked with me to find a good solution even though she knew I was only filling it for a two week supply and then continuing with Chewy. She told me it’s actually manufactured and is a human med! I had no idea! It’s 10mg lower than his actual dose, but it’ll work to hold us over and I won’t have to get it compounded. I got the paper prescription and brought it to them less than 30 minutes before they closed. I fully expected to drop it off and pick it up the next day, but the pharmacist said they’d have it ready for me in just a few minutes. Speedy service, everyone inside was super friendly, and when I got home I realized they put a little treat in the bag for my dog! So sweet. They’re just a bit more expensive than chewy, but we’re seriously considering switching Ransom’s prescription to them just based off this experience alone! I couldn’t be happier with them and they saved me so much stress being able to not have a gap in his meds. Thank you thank you thank you!"
