"Not a big museum but nice displays."

"Definitely come here if you like history and/or ghosts because this place has both!

My girlfriend and I went on a Thursday afternoon and really enjoyed ourselves! The exhibits are full of interesting trinkets found very close to the building itself. The man working the front, (Marty) is an absolute riot! He was very informative and answered many of our questions about Shreveports history and the objects within the museum.

There's definitely paranormal activity within this building, especially upstairs so it's a must if you're into that kinda thing! Just make sure to touch the beard of the portrait of the man upstairs.. you'll know him when you see it ! It's rumoured to be good luck!"
