At the center of the Arc of Dreams is a 15-foot gap, 85-feet above the river, representing the leap of faith dreamers take to see their dreams come true. The angle is weird to me, the bridge seems to also we at a funny part of the river, all new to me in my life here. Born and raised here in Sioux Falls and welcome the attention art in the community. Low crime rate, but there are homeless wandering around in this area more than others. Make sure you walk down to the falls. Make the whole loop. It is worth it."
