"Loved this place. I had cake and warm apple juice. They provided a traditional entertainment which was well performed and full of humour.
The staff were on bear watch and very vigilant...... and then a group of local kids came jogging through the clearing..... fearless or mad?"
Steve Hunt
"This was a fun experience, but sadly the salmon was WAY overcooked, very dry! We have salmon in our home area a lot and wanted to see how good Alaskan salmon compares. Well, this salmon at least was not even close. Other parts of the meal were good, potatoes, slaw, baked beans, cornbread.
It was also cool to learn the story of Liarsville.
Assuming our experience with the salmon itself was unusual, this was a good time otherwise."
Curtis Nelson
"Was a stop in our tour, was something unique, Representing the local community and presenting a recreation of the town of the 1860 tradition and culture. We had a lunch at the end of the presentation. Rice, baked beans, coleslaw and potatoes, the best part, salmon on the grill. Love it."
