Reviews Summary

Guests consistently praise Salish Lodge & Spa for its breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls views, luxurious spa services, and the unique Twin Peaks nostalgia. The romantic ambiance and attentive hospitality are frequently highlighted as major draws. However, some visitors find the exclusive Club 268 amenity to be overpriced and underwhelming compared to its marketing, and occasional service inconsistencies or directional confusion regarding smoking areas have been noted.

"Three of us went there for lunch. The ambience was excellent, and we could see the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls from the back deck — such a scenic view! This place also hosts destination weddings. We relaxed and enjoyed our meal.
We ordered chicken with potatoes, crab with eggs, and salmon with Brussels sprouts. Everything tasted great, though the Brussels were a bit oily. The service was excellent, and the complimentary bun was perfectly made — crisp on the outside and soft inside.
It costs around $35 to $45 per person. Overall, it’s a lovely place to have lunch and create good memories."

"My husband and I enjoyed the full Salish Lodge & Spa experience this weekend in celebration of our 2 year wedding anniversary. The amazing hospitality began the moment we pulled up to valet - my husband and I were instantly greeted by the manager, Chris, and valet attendants, who all addressed us by first and last name upon opening our doors. It was at this moment I immediately felt like royalty. From there we were greeted with warm smiles by the front desk staff who quickly got us checked in and informed us of their fantastic amenities. There was lovely live music playing in the lobby and a lounge filled with happy people, we sincerely enjoyed the ambiance. It's a beautiful hotel, unlike any I have ever stayed in before. Upon entering our room there were rose petals EVERYWHERE, a bottle of rose on ice, and a personal card written by the manager. We had access to their Club 268 which is almost like a speakeasy with snacks and beverages, we LOVED this! It felt very posh. After that we had a private waterfall pool reservation with access to a cold plunge and beverages, followed by a couples fireside massage with hot stones. The level of relaxation we both felt after that was beyond what words can explain. From there we had dinner at their restaurant and also enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. I could go on forever about how extraordinary this experience was, but I'd recommend to anybody that you go experience it for yourself, you will not be disappointed! Whether you're looking for a girls trip, romantic getaway with your partner, or a solo spa day, this is the place for you! My husband and I cannot wait to come back. To Chris, and the entire staff, THANK YOU for one of the most incredible experiences ever. It was truly unforgettable!"

"My boyfriend and I recently stayed here and overall had a mixed experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the in-room fireplace was such a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and the spa services we received (couples massage and facials) were by far the best part of our stay — absolutely wonderful.

That said, Club 268 was a major disappointment. The spa area is very small — the sauna and steam room fit maybe four people each, and the soaking pool only has four chairs around it. The sauna is electric and not hot at all, and there’s even an extra charge for the cold plunge, which felt unreasonable given the premium cost of Club 268 access. The “exclusive” lounge food was first come, first serve with no replenishment, and when we arrived for breakfast over the weekend there was no coffee available. The “24-hour snack options” were just a small selection of chips.

Overall, I found the marketing for Club 268 deceptive. There were no photos of the amenities we could find and the descriptions were overhyped. We paid a premium price for “exclusive access,” but the experience felt subpar.

Overall a relaxing weekend. We would absolutely return for the spa services, but not for Club 268."
