Nojoqui Falls will always hold a special place in our hearts. Today, we came back to this small but meaningful trail. It was during the first year of COVID, that we spent our last family trip before learning about Gabriel’s diagnosis. We didn’t know then what was ahead. Coming back now, it’s not just a hike. It’s a chance for us to walk the same path Gabriel once walked. He walks with us as we ...

Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Nojoqui Falls for its beautiful, accessible waterfall and family-friendly atmosphere, especially noting the shaded, easy trail and ample picnic facilities. While the waterfall's flow can be inconsistent, the park's natural beauty and peaceful ambiance are consistently highlighted as major draws. Some find the latter part of the trail more challenging than expected.

"We had a lovely time hiking at Nojoqui Falls Park. The trail is short and shaded, going slightly uphill but very easy to walk even young kids can enjoy it. There’s plenty to explore along the way, from trees and rocks to little critters hiding in the leaves. Even in summer, there was still a small but beautiful waterfall at the end, which made it all worth it. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to get some fresh air."

"The park is beautiful! The only downside is that there’s no cellphone signal inside, but you can get a signal once you step outside the park. I still highly recommend this place—it's clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and there’s plenty of parking available.

When we visited on Saturday, July 5, 2025, the waterfall didn’t have much water, but I still had a lot of fun. If you love nature, you’ll enjoy Nojoqui Falls Park."

"Great spot to visit when there's water. Lots of wild life as far as deers and birds. Short lil hike. In the same parking lot, there are picnic tables and grills to enjoy lunch or early dinner, relax, read a book...."
