What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Audubon Park is widely praised for its beautiful, well-maintained grounds, especially its majestic ancient oak trees and excellent playgrounds. Visitors appreciate the clean restrooms and the enjoyable walking paths. However, some reviews mention concerns about dog behavior and limited parking during busy periods.
"Nice splash pad. Nice playset. One more for littles, one for older kiddos. Tons of room to walk under tall tall pine trees and lots of grass. Cute squirrels. Basketball court. Restrooms. Large park, like whole city block."
Sarah Coning
"Great place for a walk. Nice restrooms (for a park) the playground was appealing as well. Nice little splash pad!"
Laura Johnson
"This is a beautiful park that is very well maintained.
My only complaint is that I witnessed a golden retriever lung at a very small little girl, showing all his teeth coming within 2-3 inches of biting her in the face and the owner of the dog just pulled her dog back and remained sitting at the kiddy park even though her dog remained highly agitated. I say be careful because this dog definitely needed to be muzzled and the owner did not appear to care about the danger or risk to other's & children."
