The friendly staff and clean environment are frequently highlighted, making it a great spot for families, especially during colder months. Some note it's smaller than expected, and parking can be a challenge.
"Fun place with plenty to do although smaller than expected. Very clean and organized with a variety of activities for a wide range of ages. My 9 year olds spent about an hour here. It’s definitely geared towards younger ages but they still enjoyed themselves and participated in almost every available activity."

"We were on vacation and looking for stuff to do w the kids. Great atmosphere and experience. We have 2 asd kiddos. Perfect space for both sensory seeking and avoiding."

"What a wonderful place to take the kids! I think the best age range is 3 to 10, depending on your kiddo.
A wide variety of activities and things to see and do. We spent 2 hours. They have everything from a tarantula to paper airplane making station. My daughter loved the station where you made a paper rocket to launch up in the air and the play grocery market with a joining house / slide. Also, the excavator to dig sand as well as the large bubble making station.
The staff were all attentive and friendly. I highly recommend taking your children here, especially now that we are in the colder months and they are cooped up most of the time. Good fun for everyone.
The parking lot is very small and street parking is limited. I parked in River Park Square parking garage and had a very short walk north one block. $8 for parking when you arrive before 5pm."
