The Subway - Zion National Park
I hiked this trail in 2019 on July 5th. It was some of the hottest and most strenuous hiking I've ever done. The hike was difficult, but the heat amplified the difficulty level up considerably. I brought more water than recommended and I still ran out 30 minutes before the…

Questions about The Subway in November
Hello had a few quick questions about doing the Subway this November, probably around the 25th. It would be my fiancée and me doing the Bottom up route. *We are fairly active people, both in our early 20’s. We’ve done some hard hikes before, but we have no experience…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
This Subway location in Springdale offers a convenient stop near Zion National Park, with some visitors praising the spectacular views from its dining area. However, many reviews highlight significant drawbacks, including high prices, inconsistent and meager meat portions, and dry bread, leading to a perceived lack of value. While some find it a decent quick bite, others strongly advise seeking food alternatives in town for a better experience.
"I dont like leaving negative reviews, but the same issues keep happening every time I go. Im giving people a heads up that you will pay 20$+ for a footlong in a combo, and all you can taste is the crunchy, dry roll. There are really no other fast food places in Springdale so this is an epic bummer. I've only ever gone back after that first time because it's a quicker option at lunch. Every single time (hoping it will be different) it is a disappointed that its always the same issues.....I order a sub, and the staff consistently barely puts any meat on it. Compared to the menu display pic you cant even see the meat outside of the bread. Heck you can barely see the meat even opening the bun. Both ends dont even get meat. Its like 1/3 of the meat serving of any subway Ive ever been too. My son ordered turkey last time and even his turkey was like half the serving. The bread is also always dry and crunchy too. Ive tried ordering extra sauce and veges on it so you could taste something other than bread, and you still can only taste dry bread with veges. I feel like the staff has been told to barely put any meat on, because it is a consistent problem with all the workers. The veges are often frozen on the edges and translucent too. The last time I ordered a chicken sandwich I asked the guy if he was gonna put more meat on showing him that it didn't even reach the end of the sandwich and he just shrugged his shoulder and went. "Nope that's the way it comes". Its just a bummer. You're better off going to either of the grocery stores and having them make you a sandwich, or for that price going to a sit down restaurant and getting a better sandwich for close to the same price. After happening 4+ times, Im not going back. Pics are of what a subway philly sandwich should look like and what you actually get. The other pic of the chicken sandwich advertised/on menu compared to what I actually got you was you couldn't even see meat outside the bun, and once again it didn't even go to the end of the bun."

"This has to be the most beautiful Subway on the planet. And the service and food are on par with the view. My Spicy Chicken Nacho Sub was prepared perfectly, and with care. Perfect lunch after a hike in the Zion National park."
