"Ever since I was 12 years old I've had an affinity for old graveyards. Far from creepy I think they are quite beautiful tranquil places full of the beauty of past life even if in some cases it might be bittersweet is the reminder of the fleeting nature of life. Aesthetically it is a wonderful old graveyard. I took some pictures of my cat on the outskirts of it. I wouldn't dream of bring her inside for the photos in my opinion that would be a bit disrespectful."

"This old cemetery was set aside in 1821 to bury Huguenots, which were basically non-Catholic people. We learned there are far more bodies than tombstones as families were losing members so quickly during the yellow fever epidemic that multiple people were often buried in a single grave. An interesting spot to visit."
