"Want a nice quiet cool place get away from crowds in St Augustine and waste an hour or two? Small beachside park with clean accessible facilities, a walkway that takes you over the low spots adjacent to the beach. Lots of wading birds around and picturesque botanical scenery as well.
The beach is wide open (driving permitting so be aware) but it’s cordoned off and slow 10mph. There are almost always people trying out the surf usually lots of fun to watch.
Parking is limited but if you can time it right this is a hidden gem to grab some relaxing me time for yourself and or family."
