Help please
I found this abandoned building in Rice, as much as I know it was an orphanage, I would like to learn more about it please. Thank you. All I know is that it was open in 1905. Please help. :)
Found this picture while remodeling at work. Not sure of year, but on the left you see Crossroads Center with Target under construction.
Looks like >1982 for sure, probably >1983, because you can see the Stearns County History Museum in the upper right by the ponds in what became Heritage Park. The museum groundbreaking was in 1982. Great photo!

"7/3/2025: I didn't really visit, but I am aware of what they do and fully support the idea that we should remember the history, not just of our own county, but our country. Many of our ancestors have toiled and sweated, and bled so we have been free of tyranny. May we learn of and remember their sacrifice and emulate their dedication to freedom. We rejected perpetual Presidents in the Constitution as we rejected being under king George. A government "of, by, and for the people." Vote like your freedom depends on it—it does!"
