"I went up the elevator with excitement that the new restaurant was finally open. Owning a hangar at the St. George airport I had been anticipating the opening. What a sad experience I had. Employees were chatting with each other and no one seems to want to help. I asked if I could get some service as my plane was leaving soon. An employee came up to the counter eating a sandwich and so I asked if she would please wash her hands before making my sandwich. At that point she refused to serve me. I asked another employee a question and he was busy talking to another employee so I went back to my seat. He proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone in the restaurant. People were appalled at his behavior towards me. Several customers even asked if I was okay and how appalled they were at this employee’s behavior.
It was a sad experience.
The guy who made my sandwich, however was very kind and the food was good."
