"Beautiful ambience. It's a gorgeous establishment and we got wonderful front row seats to the stage.
The cocktails were delicious and quite strong, but the dining service is where the evening quickly went south. An hour and a half for an appetizer that never came out- a server came by twice to ask us about it, and each time I said it hadn't come out.
A completely different server came a third time to ask about it, when I eventually told them to just forget about it. Tried to order something different only to be told (an hour and a half into our wait) that the kitchen had closed 30 minutes ago as food continued to be brought out to other tables.
A lovely shoutout to The New Wonders, who were an incredible band tonight. The singer/trumpet & trombone player came up and complimented how the folks at my table and I were dressed.
Eat at any of the other incredible restaurants in the city, then come to St. Mazie's for the jazz and the drinks and save yourself an evening of disappointing service."
