What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise The Dali Museum for its extensive collection of Salvador Dalí's work and its stunning, unique architecture. The immersive 'Dali Alive 360°' experience is a major highlight, offering a captivating multi-sensory journey. Many appreciate the knowledgeable docent tours and the overall engaging atmosphere.
"Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg was an excellent tribute to a fascinating, perhaps controversial artist. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty of parking during our visit on a Sunday, art displays were neat, and the using the app for the narrated tour is highly recommended. At the time of our visit, there was a very well done tribute to van Gogh which we opted to watch as opposed to the Salvador Dali screening, which I'm sure would have been quite good as well. The snack / coffee bar was perfect for the visit. The murals section was an interesting addition, and the interactive street art photo booths were fun. Highly recommended overall."

"Spent the afternoon here and was lucky enough to catch a tour. The docent was so knowledgeable and pointed out all of the symbolism and facts about the pieces and what they meant. There are so many obscure facts and tid bits that I had no idea about before the tour. The pieces were very thought provoking, and after visiting, would love to read his autobiography and go back to revisit"

"Dalis work is very interesting. You go through the first floor where there’s a cafe, straight to the third floor using the elevator or the stairs. The art gallery is on the third floor, you’re greeted with Dalis most famous panting as soon as you go in, after that it’s his earlier up to his later works. There’s also a VR experience which I thought was pretty cool. To watch the 360° experiences you need to pay extra than the general admission. Overall a good experience"
