Stillwater family day out

Morning, going on a day trip to Stillwater with the family. We have a 3yo with us, what are some good spots for brunch or lunch and any fun day things to do. Our plan was to browse the main streets and visit the small stores but open to suggestions. Thanks

Family-friendly activities to do in Hudson/Stillwater area?

Heading to Hudson from Minneapolis tomorrow morning to run a few errands, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas for family friendly (wife and I and one 2 year old) activities in the area. My default would just be to walk around downtown Stillwater and grab a bite to eat, but…

Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Teddy Bear Park's unique, whimsical charm and imaginative play areas, making it a hit with young children. While parking can be a significant challenge, the adorable teddy bear statues and themed structures offer delightful photo opportunities and engaging fun. Some note the absence of swings and the need for close supervision on climbing features.

"Really nice park. A gem situated in a unique spot off the side of a hill. Adorable structures in teddy bear, trains, storybook and abc-style themes, which allowed for many levels of play development. The ground was soft, and there were many places to climb. There was a nice pavilion to sit in. There were two bathrooms there. One was occupied the whole time I was waiting, so I used the men's and the women's was still occupied after but it was fine. Each one had baby changing areas so that was nice."

"A cute small park with slides. Dangerous rocks kids climb on and could very very easily fall off and get badly hurt. No swings. Biggest problem is parking. Good luck with that. Its hell trying to find anything. I think after driving 30 mins , I wasted more gas driving around another 20 minutes trying to find a place to park."

Sarabeth Sansone

"This park is perfect for your kids 1 to 5 maybe 6 there's teddy bears everywhere which is so unique and different they are made of stone so definitely watch your children but my twins had a great time climbing and going downsides."
