"This could have been a rating of 5 if they had decent management. It’s such a shame when a company has employees with poor customer service and are clearly not happy about being at their job. Well that’s Sun Valley Management and although I’ve gone to them on two separate occasions all I heard was “oh so sorry” but they don’t make any changes. The management at the rink ( Scott) seems to go out of his way to be mean to the coaches and rude to the students. It’s uncomfortable to be around and now the refrigeration system is broken so - no more skating for any of us. The best was how they told everyone- I’ll post the picture. This is what Scott did, then locked the doors rather then text the coaches and say “ hey, don’t come to work today”. Nice.
Sun Valley’s whole mission statement is about hospitality. Well Jen Uhrig and Scott seemed to go out of their way to make people uncomfortable."
