Reviews Summary
NBT Bank Stadium is a beloved spot for families and baseball fans, praised for its affordable tickets and excellent sightlines from nearly every seat. While some find the food options could be more creative and the music repetitive, the overall experience is highly positive, especially with special events like fireworks and kid-friendly promotions.
"It’s the end of the season for the Syracuse Mets, but we had a wonderful 2 nights of baseball. Friday is two dollar hotdog night. The price was right, hot dogs so -so. We had excellent seats in row 205 along the first baseline for $25 a piece. Every seat in the stadium has an excellent view We have no children, but it looked like the kids were having a great time on the grassy patios in the outfield. The score board was very informative about what was happening during the game. Food lines were sometimes slow and long especially for ice cream. All in all a decent 2 nights. Unfair to compare the amenities to a major league park."

"Great day. Nice facilities. Food options need some shaking up. More creativity, and more uniqueness. There's no Syracuse Mets special food item or signature dish that would act as the main draw for culinary-minded baseball fans. As a chef, I'd love to help them create one. The music and sound effects are also far too repetitive. A seating area without the loudspeakers would be amazing for just enjoying the game without the constant interruption. But that's kind of just a live event problem in general. Great seats at great prices, and a beautiful stadium make for a really solid baseball experience overall. Now if we can just get those Mets to reel in the errors. :-)"

"Family favorite! My kids have a blast every time we go. Best seats for families with children would be in 101 or 117 sections next to the Berm. There’s usually something special going on like free jersey giveaways, kids eat free on Sundays, fireworks, mascot Scootch signing baseballs and tshirts."
