"Dogs love the river...great spot"
Trip Hosley
"If you’ve never floated down a river before, you are either naive or you just make poor life choices. I’m going to save you the trouble of wondering and let you know that floating down the river will be one of the better choices you make.
Grab a decent tube that won’t puncture too easily, leave your bad attitude in the car, and sit your cheeks down into the refreshing water. Cool your clam off for a few hours while enjoying the views and the company of all the other rafters and drifters in the water.
Allergic to fun? That’s weird, but okay. There’s a bike/hike trail for you that runs along the river so you can sit and watch other people enjoy the float."
Christine Tustin
"Beautiful views on every inch & mile of the Tahoe Rim Trail - from glimpses of Lake Tahoe to forested mountain trails - several lakes and ponds, some streams & creek snow melt - offers a variety of animal sightings as well."
