"It is a very nice and place to relax and read a book or bring a snack to enjoy. I believe the chain of parks we're once Stately homes and businesses based on the location close to the Capitol. There markets and events during the seasons including a Winter wonderland and the reading of the emancipation proclamation. Fsu has events there plus some Tallahassee residents have even gotten married down at the chain of parks. Some non-profit groups hold Rallys there and give out food and clothing to the homeless and less fortunate. beware of the thugs and thieves who appear to be homeless bit are leaches...."
