"I love Amtrak❤️!I traveled for my 1st by myself from Tampa to Savannah,GA&back 3 years ago(Mid June2022),which is a big deal for me because I'm a young adult with a learning/cognitive disability. Staff we're friendly&easy to work with. My trip out of Savannah was delayed due to a CSX train accident in Savannah. Only thing I did not like was they basically refunded all the passengers with a 1 year free trip which I NEVER got to use. My only complaint/concern is they should offer better accommodations for people who have a disability other than a physical one."
