"Really out of the way as you are attracted deeper and deeper into first a Canyon, and then up ever more inclined, sparsely populated verdant vistas as you continue to do up. While you eventually are rewarded with an expansive mountain view on the other side, it is quite hazardous since there is many a steep drop off, with a narrow poorly maintained road. Due to caution and slow speeds, it takes at least 2 hours to drive back & forth. Not for the faint of heart, nor will you be able to call AAA. Quite interesting tree formations & geology along the way. There are no services & no residents for the most hazardous area. It is also challenging to turn around to go back the way you came. While it does look like it does eventually intersect with another road, we did not want to push our luck. Definitely not a place to be if there is a fire nor a flash flood."
