What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Cove at Port Canaveral is celebrated as a vibrant dining and entertainment hub with excellent waterfront views. Visitors rave about the diverse restaurant options, live music, and the unique spectacle of watching cruise ships depart and rockets launch. While generally positive, some note that crowds can be significant during popular events.
"Awesome dining/entertainment area right at Port Canaveral. Several good-to-great seafood restaurants (Seafood Atlantic is my fav), an awesome Caribbean/BBQ joint (Ludz), a made-from-scratch dessert shop (Mattie's), several restaurant bars with live music (Rusty's back deck is the best, but the tiki bar behind Gator's Portside is good too), a couple of seafood markets, several fishing charter operators, assorted shops, and the Port Canaveral landmark, Exploration Tower. A good mix of locals and tourists, and the perfect spot to watch cruise ships lumber out to sea and rockets head into space and boosters return to Earth.
UPDATE: Ludz has moved to the Cocoa Beach Food Hall in downtown Cocoa Beach, where Minuteman meets A1A."
