"It is an absolute wonderful trail. It's a few miles total with a gradual elevation gain at the beginning. Once you are at the top of the hill you have numerous lookout overviews in many directions. Some great views of Lake Superior and many of the inland hills. If you time it right you can't find a better fall color spot."

"My new favorite hike, especially on a fall day! Went on a Saturday in late September around 3, was busy but was still able to find parking. Trail was tight in spots for passing people while walking two dogs at once but we managed. The views on the trail loop are awesome. Trail is clearly defined but lots of roots and rocks which are manageable if you're paying attention. Highly recommend, will be back!"

"It was a fun hike and had several overlooks that had amazing views. It had rained the night before and some of the rocks were slippery and areas were muddy. Took us about 1.5 to complete the loop. Just be prepared for any conditions and bring bug spray."
