"I should have read the description there no platform to get out of elements My Poor Daughter and their Grandchildren were kind enough to wait with me so I can sit in the car. We even stop at KFC to eat while we waiting. All the kfc employees Where so Rude When My Husband and I come back to visit I’ll go to a different station. I just pray my train comes on time"

"Train was disgustingly dirty both ways. Staff was almost offensively rude. I told them I was stage 4 with tumors on my spine and very uncomfortable at the beginning of the ride so they sat me next to a guy who was 6' 6" and told me I wasn't allowed to move even though there were over a dozen empty seats for the entire ride! Same with the dining car. It was empty except for 3 people and me but they tried to sit me at the one table that already had people in a spot where you could tell someone already sat and no one had bothered cleaning it up.. After looking around I didn't even want to eat in there. It was dirty and they had just opened. The seats of course are uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed. They don't care at all."

"Okay it has no services but I can board the Amtrak Southwestern Chief here. That's enough for me. I can wait in my car until I know the train is coming.
Maybe someday there really will be an intermodal station here. As long as Amtrak keeps Trinidad as a stop, I'm content. Rural Colorado NEEDS train transportation."
