"Great trail - shade, water, great for dogs. From trailhead out to reservoir and back is approximately 5 miles. Elevation is about 6000 feet. Bug spray is a good idea if mosquitoes like you! Highly recommend."

"Nice relatively flat track out and back to a meadow with a large reservoir in it. We’re really popular with the dogs, so there is a blend of Jeffrey Pine with dog piss in the air.
Lots of beaver action in the area as this was where beavers were introduced in the 1950s and they’ve definitely created a lot of habitat along the stream"
Damon Tighe
"Really nice scenic flat trail that takes you to the lake. No defining signs or markers for this trail - so have your google map directions on (or, you may see cars parked and good indication of where the trail is). Definitely bring bug spray if you are prone to getting bit!"
