The room was a good size with a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was in the closet. It could have been cleaner. There was makeup on a towel in the bathroom that looked like maybe it hadn't been washed and part of a set of eyelashes on the floor in the entry way.
The best part BY FAR was the spa. I am so glad I made a point to book a service at the Emerge Spa inside the resort. It was very clean and felt very luxurious. I had a service with Shakera that was exactly what I needed to cap off my work retreat. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Suzanne. It was mid week in the morning so I had the facilities almost all to nyself. I would come back here just for that experience over again."

"We didn't stay there we were just passing through and needed some casino time. I'm not sure it's a compliment, but it really looks like any Vegas casino inside; same Carpet, same background, music and exact same machines and floor games. We have stopped through here at least 15 times over the years when we come to visit our daughter and parents, not much has changed throughout the years with the exception of the "care factor", don't get me wrong. The employees are plenty professional, but the enthusiasm is definitely gone. The cleanliness of the bathrooms has degraded some and so has the general overall service. Not to the point where we wouldn't come back, but it has been a steady decline."
