"This has always been a great spot for myself and my family, the dealers are great and hotel staff is amazing. I went there last Friday to donate blood and parked my car at valet. This is my 3rd car so only drive it on special occasions. I guess should have never entrusted them at hotel Valet!!! My fault for not walking around it after I was picking up but not sure I would of seen it in the dark, but large enough scratch that I probably would of because it showed up in the day time like a white spot on a black background.. I really thought by explaining this to management they would have examined cameras and taken responsibility. But they called me after 4 days to tell me that they didn’t think it was their fault, but would not show me footage. This car is in prestigious shape and it had no marks before I brought it and went right back in the garage after I got home. They did it!! Really sucks these days that people don’t take responsibility for their mistakes."

He gave us great suggestions on drinks, restaurants, and things to do around town. The room was nice and the staff was excellent. The free 24-hour valet parking was efficient and helpful. The casino was fun and the live music each night (weekends at least) in the 2 Margheritaville bars made each night fun. You really don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. If we ever visit Tulsa again, I'd like to stay there again. We felt like it was a fun and safe environment the whole time."
