"We camped for 4 nights over a long weekend. The sites are nice with many having electric hookups. Many of the sites have quite a bit of privacy. They do have several buddy sites. The bike trail was a beautiful peaceful ride. Bummer, there are no tours of the lighthouse. The beach is beautiful and a wonderful walk option. It was great to be able to get ice cream and breakfast at the lodge on the weekend."

"This place is great if you have a bike or if you’re immune to bloodthirsty mosquitoes! 🤣 SERIOUSLY GRAB THE BUG SPRAY!! But if you’re lucky enough to live past the swarms that could almost carry you away— it’s a beautiful place to be and the expanses of sand dunes are so beautiful."

"Beautiful state forest with lake Michigan access, dunes, pine forests, camping and hiking trails. Wisconsin state park annual sticker or day pass required. Can be purchased on site."
