As I wandered through the 14-acre garden, I snapped photos of the Idea Garden, Heritage Garden, and the stunning camellia and day lily collections. The soft, natural light was perfect for photography, and I tried to make the most of it by experimenting with different angles and compositions.
Some of my favorite shots were taken during the golden hour, when the warm light added a magical touch to the already breathtaking flowers. I also played around with backlighting, trying to capture the delicate petals and intricate details of the roses.

"When I went, all of the roses were no longer in bloom, but there were still some. I would still recommend visiting, nice walk throughout the grounds. Other things to see that are in full-bloom, a lot of nature buzzing and flying around. Plenty of sitting spots to take it all in and just relax for a few. Before exiting would highly recommend a donation to keep up the grounds is probably quite expensive."
