If you’re considering starting a mortgage with this bank, my advice is: don’t waste your time. From the beginning, they promise attractive programs and closing assistance, but when you’re close to finalizing the process, they subject you to excessive and exhausting scrutiny, as if you were a criminal who won’t pay.
No matter how many documents and proofs you provide, they always find new excuses and obstacles. The process becomes endless, stressful, and in the end, you get nothing.
It was a huge waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a transparent and fair mortgage process."

I called to speak to the Manager few times (they put me on hold and never answer or they hung up on me). Never got a call back from the Bank to explain why this happened.
