"The Arrabelle is a nice hotel with a great location and friendly staff. For the very high price point, we had a couple of things that made this a 4/5 for us:
1) Bathroom. Our room’s bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper hanger so it was just sitting on top of the toilet. Also, the toilet didn’t flush well and we had to take the top off and try to fix it.
2) Construction happening in the room across the hallway. Loud noises of sanding came from the room across the hall well. There was a plastic square on the ground that we stepped on to get to our room. Also at night there was a strong paint smell in the hallway.
3) Breakfast: while breakfast is included, gratuity for the person that brings you a coffee is not. They charge you ~7 bucks a person for someone to walk over one time and pour black coffee. If you want a latte, that costs extra. The first day, our waiter didn’t even mention the gratuity was included so we gave him additional tip.
One bright spot for me was the valet, they were super friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with them."

"The Arrabelle at Vail Square is one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. I travel a lot and was impressed with so many aspects; the staff is delightful and focused on the guests, the food is delicious; and the rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious.
I was on a work trip and the Arrabelle staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous.
I liked the coffee they set out every morning at 7am and in the afternoon they have a delicious assortment cookies (both regular and gluten free).
I have to specifically call out Natalie as she is the epitome of ‘exceptional guest experience’ and she went out of her way to help me manage some attitude issues I experienced the first day.
Lastly, the location is incredible and close to everything. The views form the restaurant are world class."

"Great customer service from the start! I called just after 1:00 PM and our room was ready to check in early!
Check-in usually begins at 4:00 PM; however, we were able to check in 2 1/2 hours earlier. This was a huge time savings.
The front desk was incredible and the valet desk always had our keys handy whenever we needed our vehicle.
The room was luxurious and everything we could imagine. Wonderful bathroom area and very cozy bed.
Very thankful we chose to stay here for a night!"
