"The course is in really bad shape. The green are very new, slow, and not rolled. It’s impossible to gauge approach shots and forget about reading the speed. The fairways are soaking wet all day long. The practice facility is great, sadly better than the course . Give this a year and it will likely be much better."

"The course is very nice, but not the best value in the area. Due to their location, the holes are just side by side in a long stretch. They still do a great job of changing your views and adding elevation changes though. For $150 a round you should at least get range balls included. I thought Breckenridge was a better course for less price if you're in the area."
