Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Vancouver waterfronts for their beautiful river views, especially at sunset. The areas are noted for being family-friendly with engaging water features and pleasant walking/biking trails. Dining options are varied, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.
"The view of the river is beautiful here from the deck extended into the river area. It's connected to a trail by the river so you can walk from that observation deck towards the bridge along the river on the trail while enjoying the Riverview which is amazing.
There are people taking photos and also some chairs. You can have some rest. There is a big construction side on the left by the river. I think they're building residence area or probably a hotel because I see some restaurants on the first floor of the residence area and people are sitting there having dinner. It's very close to Vancouver downtown. There are also some posters elaborating the history of the trail. Some stairs on the trail. So if you're using the wheelchair maybe there is a problem. There are boats running on the river. I took some photo of it. It now also some very strange structures I don't know the usage."

"Great spot for a relaxing sunset and a walk around the several social areas here. Family friendly as well especially the water features as they are a great spot for kids to play. Watching the train rumble across the bridge and aircraft land and takeoff from the airport is fun in itself. With all the new development coming to this area the waterfront will only become more essential to unwind from work."

"Vancouver has done a very good job with this waterfront. It is a very pleasant place to spend some time. The walk end to end is shorter than I expected, but still it is extremely nice. The history written on the boardwalk is fun to read and learn. There is all kinds of food. From upscale to casual and snacks as well. This place is obviously well liked by many people, children, and their canine companions. Quite exciting to be part of the atmosphere. We will definitely go back."
