Reviews Summary
Treasure Shores Beach Park is lauded as a beautiful, quiet, and unspoiled stretch of coastline, perfect for a tranquil beach day. Visitors appreciate the free parking, clean facilities, and natural beauty, though some note the surf can be rough and pets are restricted. It's a favored spot for photographers and those seeking a peaceful escape.
"My wife and I stopped in here on the afternoon of August 17, 2025 just to have a look around while on a two night camping trip to Sebastian Inlet State Park located about 5 miles us A1A from the entrance here. It had been a long time since we'd driven this stretch of A1A (now called the Jimmy Buffet Memorial Hwy), and I used to go camping right off the beach here while in High School and Junior College back in the early 1980s when there was not even a paved road, parking lot, or restrooms here. We were happy to see that Indian River County had really improved this gorgeous stretch of very isolated and unspoiled stretch of beach. There was almost no one at the beach even though it was a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot here looks new, and so do the restrooms (all very clean). I would highly recommend this place if you are camping at nearby Sebastian Inlet, or even staying over across the river on the mainland in the towns of Sebastian or Roseland. It's a quiet little stretch of beach paradise and it will never be developed because the county owns the beachfront, and the USFWS own the Pelican Island NWR right across the road from it."

"When you are craving a tranquil beach day experience free from crowds, Treasure Shores Park on A1A is an ideal destination. It is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
This 20.8 acre park offers nine picnic tables, a pirate ship themed playground, outdoor showers, restroom, and beach access. This is the designated ADA beach access park for Indian River County. Note that there are no lifeguards here but parking is free which is always a great find.
This beach is known for sea turtle nesting which takes place March 1st through October 31st. All sea turtles are protected by federal and state laws and five of the eight species of sea turtles are found in Florida. Sea turtles deposit from 40,000 to 70,000 nests in Florida annually making Florida the most important nesting area in the United States. If you visit this beach please help the turtles by staying off the dunes, collecting trash, and filling in any holes you dig on the beach. Sea turtles nests are marked off by ropes."
