"We tried the spa for the 1st time for my daughter’s 21st bday. Susan was amazing for my daughter’s massage/mud detox. She was gentle and explained each detail to ensure she was comfortable. Olivia did my facial and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She thanked me at the end for telling her my preferences and not just accepting what I did not like. She was amazing! Had a massage with Owen and it seems he did not understand how to treat a lady kindly in a massage. Nor did he know the difference between a rough massage or a deep tissue massage. Only four stars due to my experience with Owen."
