"This place was amazing! What a history lesson with the best laid out trip through our past military theaters. Attention to detail with the most intriguing pieces of personal artifacts to interest even the youngest of visitors. One of the best museums you will ever visit. Give yourself 2 to 3 hours to see it all. Welcoming volunteers will help get you started. Lots of Tanks, jeeps, planes inside & out. Handicap accessible, with added electric wheel chairs for a comfortable visit. We were able to meet the curator and get the back story on his collection, starting at the age of 7. Put this place on your next day trip outing!! Small fee for entry."

"A fantastic museum packed with military history, covering everything from the American Revolution to modern-day conflicts. The collection includes rare pieces like Eisenhower’s uniform, as well as inspiring stories of local heroes. Outside, the museum grounds display tanks, planes, helicopters, a partial submarine, and even bunkers. Inside, we were warmly welcomed by a knowledgeable greeter—his name might have been Hal—who explained the best way to navigate the exhibits and was available to answer questions along the way. Sadly, the kids grew tired before we could make it to the Annex, but this museum is absolutely a must-see!"
