"An incredible place to spend a day with family and friends. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The presence of lifeguards adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. The fishing pier is a fantastic feature for those who enjoy fishing or just want to enjoy some peaceful ocean views. The playground is well-maintained and fun for kids of all ages. The park also offers clean restrooms and showers. Parking is convenient and affordable at only $4 for all-day access."

"We used to LOVE this playground when my kids were little. I feel so bad for people with kids under 3 now, the playground has no way for little kids to get to the slide now that they changed the play structure to all ropes. None of the ropes are hot, which is nice, but it’s not toddler friendly, at all. Very cool for big kids."

"We love this spot. It can be crowded but if you’re not a fan of the Va. beach strip, this is a good alternative. Good spot for picnics and has nice restroom and outdoor showers to rinse sand off before you leave. Nice playground as well and a pier for fishing. Lifeguards on duty as well. Parking was just $4.60 from 10-6."
