"If you are looking for the PERFECT place, then look no further. This venue is AMAZING! It has everything you need. There’s a huge main room to accommodate a large group, 3 bathrooms, a stage, private room for children, changing, etc, and even a kitchen. The pricing is phenomenal, and the woman I worked with was very nice, professional, and up front with fast response times. I hosted a baby shower here, and the family and parents to be were in awe! It was perfect!"

"The venue itself is great and clean. The three stars come from issues with communication from management. From receiving an invoice promptly to instructions on what to do the day of, communication was terrible. Communication is an area that needs to be improved. Everything else was pretty good though.
Response to the owner: I appreciate you not charging us for the throne chair. We shouldn't have used it. It wasn't delineated in the contract to not use it, but that goes without saying and is on us. Nevertheless, Communication was an issue before Ms. Esmeralda had her baby and became hospitalized. I'm happy if you truly do keep this review in mind. Not for "my satisfaction" but just so the communication of your business all around is the best it can be and complimentary of the top-notch venue that you possess for the benefit of all future customers."
