The Supreme Court is hiding something from you. And it could change the fabric of our country. It is a truth universally acknowledged that if you want to hide what you are doing in Washington, announce it on a Friday evening in the heat of August. That is precisely what the Supreme Court did. But the news is too staggering to hide for long: The Republican-appointed justices have decided it is time...

Reviews Summary

Visitors are consistently impressed by the stunning architecture and historical significance of both the U.S. Supreme Court and the Library of Congress. The intricate woodwork and grand halls are frequently highlighted as breathtaking features. However, access to certain areas, particularly the Supreme Court Library, can be restricted, leading to some disappointment for those unable to gain entry.Reddit

"All I can say is wow! While in the modern age, we lawyers perform most research online, this library is our Nation’s highest Court’s library! Moreover, the wood work is beyond amazing. No words can describe the wood carvings, which are floor to ceiling, with amazing hand carved reliefs and other amazing craftsmanship. I inspected the carvings in the library for a while and did not find one knot in the wood. This is mind-blowing!!!

Now, the only problem is this: the library is closed to the general public. I am a member of the Bar of the US Supreme Court, so I was allowed access to the library and was also permitted to take a couple of visitors with me. But if you are a member of the Bar, ask for access to this place. You won’t regret it. I’m not supposed to take pics, but I want you to see the beauty of the inner sanctum of the Court. I was proud to be an American after visiting the building again!"

"My visit to the Supreme Court Library was a remarkable experience, even from the outside. The building's exterior was beautifully designed and exuded a sense of grandeur. Its architectural style reflected a blend of classical and neoclassical elements, creating an impressive and dignified presence. The meticulous attention to detail in the building's construction showcased the significance and reverence associated with the Supreme Court. Its historical legacy was evident in the well-preserved facade, which stood as a testament to the enduring principles of justice and the rule of law. Overall, the Supreme Court Library's exterior was a visually stunning representation of the institution's importance and historical significance."

"Note how the old Alito defenses are totally useless in the face of this new case. It can’t be chalked up to a dispute with a neighbor, unless the same neighbor happens to own property near Alito in two different states. The wife excuse is also threadbare. (Indeed, Alito, who blamed his wife in a response to the first Times story, has no comment in response to the second one.) And the excuse that it was “a heated time in January 2021” obviously does not explain why the Alito home continued to display insurrectionist flags two and a half years later."newyork intelligencer"
