"If you are waiting in line for the return ferry, you already know how things work. They are organized and process vehicles as quick as you could hope.
Again, keep vehicle windows closed.
There are washrooms onboard along with covered/4 walls sitting area. Be aware, kids tend to be in this area. I’m sure their parents find it the safest place for them."
G Smudgoog
"Always a good experience. Be aware that there may be lake flies that will bother you if you sit outside. The trip goes fairly fast and they do well getting cars packed in. If you want to take the ferry first thing in the morning, you may have to arrive very early. Large trucks (including tanker semis) may be in line. The delay can be an hour minimum if you don’t get on."
Flip Flop Guy
"Cool experience with the ferry. Really efficient at moving the cars along. Come every hour until 5:00 as the last one leaving the island."
