"My family was driving a 5 1/2 hr trip home that turned into an 8 hour trip due to the Snowmageddon of 2025. We called to see if they had availability and they thankfully did and at a great price!! We were so relieved to stop for the night. The little shop was already closed for night but the front desk was able to get us bottles of water at no charge. Check in was very fast! The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. My son won some money at the casino and we ate at the Brew Brothers restaurant and it was very good food and service. We checked out the next day and got all the way home and then I realized we had left all of our coats in the closet. (Yeah we dont wear coats often but had them with because of the winter storm just incase.) We live almost 2 hrs away so I called the hotel and asked if they found them and they had and I asked if they could ship them to us and they said they would. 2 days later we received them by FedEx just in time for the Arctic Blast starting tomorrow. We are beyond grateful for their honesty in finding them and their follow through with shipping them right way! Superb service!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"

"Rooms could be cleaner. However, I was comfortable after I wiped things down. The service has been great. Checking in was easy and the gal was so nice and welcoming. No coffee maker in rooms but they give you coffee cards for the coffee shop on the 1st floor. I felt safe the entire time which was super important to me as I was traveling alone. The wifi has been an issue when trying to get work done in the room. The casino is just steps away to grab a cocktail and play a little."

"I didn't get a room so idk on that. Slots let me and my wife play for about 3hrs on 150$ each. Had fun got lots of bonus games and free spins. Resterant wasn't bad. Bar can only serve you 1 drink ever 20min due to law/permit or something idk."
