"Hotel room was clean, no smells, had fridge and safe, no microwave.... which is fine. Only issue was did hotels stop offering room service? We had to ask for clean wash cloths and towels. The housekeeping staff said they don't do room service buy then had the nerve to knock on our room door the day of check out around 9am.... and checkout isn't until 12N. Nope, will book a different hotel next year for IECSC event on West Palm Beach. No disrespect, but room service should be every day except the day of checkout.
