"I had the pleasure of touring Abbott Mill today and meeting, Leasing Manager, Melissa Monroe. Melissa has been extremely helpful in taking me through the application process. She is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I witnessed her juggling 3 interactions with efficiency and warmth. Abbot Mill is a unique community, very clean and although a revitalized mill has a homey vibe. I met a few current residents who gave it thumbs up for safe, clean and quiet. Hopefully, I will be calling it home soon."

"From the moment we toured the Mill, Thalia and staff were accommodating and pleasant to work with. Once we moved in Thalia, Mark and the team were fabulous! They took care of us immediately and quickly! They replaced our washer and dryer, refrigerator often on the same day! Any repairs or issues were dealt with in a kind, attentive and efficient manner. Thank you Mark and Thalia for all your efforts and warmth! You truly made us feel at home and welcomed in this beautiful community. What a fantastic team!"
