Many highlight the friendly staff and family atmosphere at rental outfitters, making it a recurring destination for many. However, some reviews mention a decline in owner attitude, suggesting potential burnout affecting the guest experience.
"Bought two kayaks from Terese and Chris. They showed me the whole inventory, answered all my questions, explained all the features/differences, and I feel like I walked away making the right decision. Boats tracked well in a small to medium chop on Lake Martin. They are good people, and I would definitely do business with them again!"

I have NEVER had a bad experience at CRA and I will continue to come back and use their rental sources for as long as they remain open every year.
